Codossier for your systems and your agents

Everything the site does, your software can do: open a matter from whatever you have, follow the build, search the dossier, work it with the Lode CLI, and deliver it. One key, three doors — REST, MCP for AI agents, and an Agent-to-Agent endpoint.

What you get

  • A dossier from anything. PDFs, scans, emails, a pasted narrative, a form post, or a finished intake record from your own intake flow. Codossier reads it, interviews what is missing, and builds the reasoning map — the same dossier a person gets from the site.
  • Work on the dossier. Search a matter in loose words, ask the Lode CLI about one lode and get corpus-backed proposals, accept or discard them, add your own nodes, bring new material in later.
  • Get it out. The whole dossier as JSON, a Markdown rendering, or the PDF, delivered to a link you issue.
  • For agents, first-class. Every capability is an MCP tool with the same words, long work runs as a task, and questions come back in the conversation. An A2A endpoint and an agent card are there for agent-to-agent setups.

Who can use it

Anyone with a Codossier sign-in. A person and an office are equal on the API: both create keys, both open matters, both get the same answers. The one difference is billing — a person's key spends that person's own credits (the ones bought on the site), and an office can be set up to pay monthly by invoice instead. Sandbox keys simulate everything for free and need nothing at all.

The three doors

DoorWhereFor
https://api.codossier.com/v1REST, JSON, snake_caseYour systems: a practice-management tool, a DMS, an intake form, a script.
https://api.codossier.com/mcpMCP, Streamable HTTP (2026-07-28 revision)AI agents: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your own. One tool per capability.
https://api.codossier.com/a2aA2A 1.0, JSON-RPC (send A2A-Version: 1.0)Agent-to-agent orchestration; the signed card is at /.well-known/agent-card.json.

The three doors share one engine, one ledger of requests and one vocabulary. Whatever you do through MCP you can read back through REST, and the other way round. Every long-running call answers at once with a request you follow by polling, the events feed, or a webhook.

Start here

  1. Sign in and open the Developers page. Create a sandbox key.
  2. Read the quickstart — it is three calls long.
  3. Then: create a case from files, submit your own intake record, or connect an agent.
  4. Keep the reference open; the machine-readable version is https://api.codossier.com/v1/openapi.json and https://api.codossier.com/llms.txt.
Build it with your AI

Paste https://api.codossier.com/llms-full.txt into your coding assistant and say what you want: “open a matter from this folder of PDFs and tell me when the dossier is ready”. The file carries every contract, every schema and the glossary.
